There might have been a chance for that in early development, but now its a ps3 exclusive. The game has been released and Sony sealed the deal. Exclusive means contract, its not like they just promised to not make one for 360. I wish it would come out for 360 too, but there's not a great chance that it will.

In Dev Walkthrough 2, you can see there is a soccer game mode, then the beginning of this video, behind one of the menus, a soccer ball comes flying up and you can see a soccer field. I cannot wait for his game!
