The guy moves like an action figure without joints, the straffing is comical, the voice acting is absurd and anoying, the bouncing head is the gayest shit I have ever seen in my life.. and why would you cut his arms off? He's standing still. Just shoot him some more, through the big-ass gap between his arms.
