  • Thank you. This was the first song I remember performing at Wachusett Regional High School in Holden, Mass

  • oh you guys are awesome ;) Great Blend

  • this was our first performance i think thats why we look a little confused and expressionless. the costumes are either hand-me-downs from previous classes or we knew nice people who made them for us. but the school didnt pay for the costumes.

  • ths is a good outfit for this song, it puts in the perspective what the song is about. this girl is a slut!

  • Those costumes are INSANE for a high school group. Your school must be receiving too much of that George Bush No Child Left Behind funding.

Regarding the comments about your poor acting, it's true. However, don't feel too bad. Singing correctly is easy. Most kids don't develop the maturity to actually sing with true emotion for another ten years or so. Who could justify holding that against you? It's not your fault for being too young.

  • These aren't prissy songs. They're songs to be screamed across the room while quaffing your beer.

  • the notes are there.

    but its very bland.

there is very little dynamic contrast and pretty much no expression.

  • The singing is lovely, I just wish the camera would have focused on those who looked like they were enjoying themselves :)

  • Brilliant! These pieces are NOT easy to sing (especially "she fooleth, fooleth, fooleth"). Also, you don't go flat as a lot of choirs do.

  • i saw a fair maiden is the districts piece and i'm glad im not competing with you guys beucase this is amazing!

    and i love the costumes

i want some for my choir

  • i sang both of these in my madrigal group too!

  • I haven't heard "I Know a Young Maiden" before, but I do know "Sing We and Chant It."

    [:

You guys are very solid in your music.

    You just need expression!

My goodness it felt like you were about to die. :/

    But overall. Great job. [:

  • While the quality is good, your faces are not! You sure don't look like your living in pleasure, and most people don't frown when their being pleasured...

  • At the risk of sounding like an echo or being boring, I have agree with the other reviewers. The quality is amazing for a high school.

  • Very nice. :)

  • This is wicked good. I know a young maiden is my schools district piece this year and i cant believe how good these guys sound, partially because theyve got guys with them :) our chorus director just got guys from the band together to do manchorus. Im glad Im not going against them in the auditions!! lol

  • that was really good. i'm so jealous right now, haha

  • love it u guys are easily the best madrigals on youtube dont meen to sound like an ass but ur almost as good as my madrigals we re the best in mass

  • Though I can hear a few technical misjudgements common to pretty much all high school (and sadly, university level) groups, this is very well sung indeed. Many of you will be disappointed in college and beyond, and will look back at your time in Tupelo High School as one of the finest times in your musical lives. Kudos on being part of something special here. Nice job.
