FYI for those who know nothing about old school animation before computers, cartoons were drawn on plastic sheets the called "cells" and since these "cells" were very expensive sometimes if a mistake was made animators would try to cheat adding an an overlay from previous scene archived cell in a stock file obviously the editor missed that and for 8/10ths of a second we see bugs tail is on his belly
