This game was fun, but easy to hit homers. I hit a grand slam once with either Chipper or Brian McCain and during my brief season play I led home runs. I got 2K11 for my player and it is much better. but again i lead league on homers 1st and 2nd, I did a 52 game season and finished 30-22. so over-rall both good games but 2k11 is better

This game kind of sucked, I couldnt edit my players that I created so that I could change their batting stance or pitching style. Editing and costomization are key eliments to a sports game.

if you put MLB 09: The Show on PC, it would look amazing.

PC has far superior graphics, with the advent of DX11, newer Shader Model version, Tessellation, and whatnot

MLB 2K9 doesn't look like crap because it's on PC, it looks like crap because the developers made it look like crap.

Before I bought MLB 2K9, I had not played an MLB game since MLB 2K6. I have to say that I do not like 2K9 because they took all the cheats out. Before, I was able to score 20 or more runs a game, while surrendering only a couple.

Anyone who gives 2k9 anything over a 5 out of 10 is not worth listening to. The game is a buggy, broken mess. The Show is ten times better. There is a reason you never see this game being played on a PS3. Seriously, when you find a console video showing this game it is ALWAYS on an X360.

Don't prop a terrible game just because it is your only option.

the pc version is very good because they realeased a patch and it fixes alot of glitches but theres no rosterupdate so if u want that get a ps3 or 360 version
