Dont let the pursuit of innovation cloud why you workout and workout safely. Not just for you but others around you. Doing the boring basics will get you strong and fit not gimmics. @cyclops4ever Thanks for the comment definitely appreciate that you checked it out and add your feedback. I believe the "boring" basic can not be so boring if you explain it to people so they understand & its the foundation of strength to anything you do, however functional training helps convert it in to useable strength not just a one muscle movement like a leg curl, but multimuscle actions. As a fitness professional I love to challenge myself and take it another level to test my abilities
@cyclops4ever I wouldn't recommend you try this exercises with clients, however if you degress them down to a safier but still functional movement it can be beneficial as well! Not if its two fitness professional that are very experience then I would explain to them how to do some these exercise and explain what you get from them and let them trying with lighter weight, because i know they have the basic hand eye coordination, balance, core strength, etc to do this. thanks again 4 the feedback
Some of these workouts are awesome...Others are just straight up dangerous, If you do those regularly I will be amazed if you have not broken, chipped, or bruised something.

Man..that was truly amazing..i have a question for you boss..i've been in college for about 3 years and been doing nothing but hardcore studying..i got a bit skinny and its really difficult for me to put on weight..i wanna get back into shape but i dont know i'm taking the right steps or not..can you give any tips to shed some light..thanks man and that shirt at 2:15 is sick lol..got a similar one myself!
@InqilabZindabad Thanks for checking out my video man, if you want to put on some lean muscle number 1 you have to be eating good strong meals, if you want a meal plan hit me up I will send you one. You start out for the first few months with basic strength training, building the foundation and then throw in some functional and explosive training. Put together a workout plan for 12 weeks in advance so you can stay on track. If you need help with that let me know i will send you a workout.

Guys, 10 points for the innovative and enthusiastic attitude, but...all the orthodox exercises are there for a reason: they, too, develop the full range of muscles and are SAFE. What you invented is nice, but you multiplied the risk of doing weight, core and cardio-explosive training about 50 times more risky for one's life. If I could see 50 times better results, I might try throwing weights around at each other with my friends.

I totally agree withyou a few of these exercises are not necessary to get into great shape there are tons of other exercises that get you there and safier. I use these myself, because I enjoy taking up another notch and shocking and pushing the muscles. However with clients we never do the throwing weights, lol, but I take them through a progress of other exercises to do some of the more functional safier exercises in the video.

@JDilla2812 Just my opinion: I'm pretty sure it won't enlarge ur heart. They had a studied on the leading proteins & the trace of metal particles found in protein powders. Optimum nutrition had the lowest to no trace of metal in it. I would tell u it safe, I've use optium nutrition & AMP Amplified Whey. However if u hve enough protein in ur diet you won't hve to worry about using a protein supplement. I been using the optimum hydroweigh and I love it, hve had no issues. I would recommend
I'm gonna go at the Barbarian Oblique swing pretty hard to try and get myself to the point of being able to do human flags... I tried it today, my shoulders were ok, but the obliques need a lot of work... Got any other oblique exercises? All I got now is the Barbarian, and the Woodchoppers
@OneManMilitia802 Try situps w/a medball slam down, If u have access to a TRX do the plank w/side leg raises, weighted side planks w/sky touches, checkout the ripcord or the trx one of it is a pole w/a bungee cord on the end u can make swing movement & situp hold w/oblique twist. Also in ur other exercises 4 the rest of ur body try the single side movements like a single arm chest press, single arm back rows, The pushpress movement, i did in the video. I have to make video of more ob exercises
Great video! being a Marine infantryman these excercises can help my day to day missions in combat operations. your obviously in a advanced level . where does a beginner start ???? and how many reps of each would translate to a good workout?

I actually hve a download coming out 2 show how 2 progress up 2 these exercises. a beginner its kinda of cool cause u get 2 create more exercise cause you want to make these moves easier & safe of course If you go with these exercises in the video I usually put a routine together with a few and I do them for time versus reps. I may do an exercises for 1 min or 2 min a piece for 2-3 sets.
@MrElchulocaribe I will send you some info on it when I'm done should be by the end of the month. Train hard though and try each exercise in a routine for 30 to 60 seconds which will be good for you, cause as a marine you definitely need a more functional workouts especially as a infantryman, you guys are the definition of functional you need muscle endurance, functional strength and power!

@supreme227 No its not freerunning I've been training for the free running is will your running your doing different stunts on obstacles it is fun as hell! This is just me doing some advance functional training exercises.
@McAlisterMania Some I've made up myself, some i learned from people, but most I learn from understand explosive and efficient movement. To be a more explosive athlete! @LoveHopeAndx There are ways to slowly progress your way up these exercises that are safier and then before you know it, you will be doing these exercises with your eyes closed, lol. Don't try that, but yea you can do these if you train properly.
@PunchProfessor LOL, thats why i said don't try these exercises in the description, I've been doing these exercises for several years no hospital trips yet. Its all about progressing up to these exercises, warming up and preparing properly. I'm not saying this is how you need to train to get into shape. I'm showing a higher level exercises & training. Like Martial Arts that can do amazing kicks and punch through bricks, you don't need it to be a talented fighter its just a display of skills.
@PunchProfessor Not to mention with of a exception of a few of the over top exercises there are many fighters and athletes that do several of the explosive exercises to get a head of the competition!
You do an Excellent Job on these workouts and deserve 5 STARS for that ! ! !
But if someone don't catch them weights it's not like missing a basketball or such, miss that bar and it could knockout some teeth.. If I have a Million Dollar Fighter I would poop my pants evertime I watched such a workout ! ! !
@PunchProfessor I totally agree with you 100 percent yea if I had Million Dollar Fighter I don't think i would let them watch this, but they definitely would not be tossing anything but a medicine ball. Once they get retired then they can do the Dynamic Push Pass and the Educator all they want, lol.

So I think every1 these exercises would have me sore but the ones that scare me the most are @ :56 cuz I would've slipped (LOL my unborn KIDS!!)...and 1:42 because to be honest I would've passed a bit of gas when that ball hits my stomach lol....all in all I would love to get to the point where I could do this workout maybe twice a week...I gotta get my strength up cuz I have the endurance

Watching your video made me return to the gym!!!! Your video are like motivation to get back into shape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im going to purchase the bowlflex dumb bell to workout at home also!

@LoveHopeAndx There are ways to slowly progress your way up these exercises that are safier and then before you know it, you will be doing these exercises with your eyes closed, lol. Don't try that, but yea you can do these if you train properly.

@PunchProfessor LOL, thats why i said don't try these exercises in the description, I've been doing these exercises for several years no hospital trips yet. Its all about progressing up to these exercises, warming up and preparing properly. I'm not saying this is how you need to train to get into shape. I'm showing a higher level exercises & training. Like Martial Arts that can do amazing kicks and punch through bricks, you don't need it to be a talented fighter its just a display of skills.

@PunchProfessor Not to mention with of a exception of a few of the over top exercises there are many fighters and athletes that do several of the explosive exercises to get a head of the competition!

But if someone don't catch them weights it's not like missing a basketball or such, miss that bar and it could knockout some teeth.. If I have a Million Dollar Fighter I would poop my pants evertime I watched such a workout ! ! !

@PunchProfessor I totally agree with you 100 percent yea if I had Million Dollar Fighter I don't think i would let them watch this, but they definitely would not be tossing anything but a medicine ball. Once they get retired then they can do the Dynamic Push Pass and the Educator all they want, lol.

Dear Lord! So I think every1 these exercises would have me sore but the ones that scare me the most are @ :56 cuz I would've slipped (LOL my unborn KIDS!!)...and 1:42 because to be honest I would've passed a bit of gas when that ball hits my stomach lol....all in all I would love to get to the point where I could do this workout maybe twice a week...I gotta get my strength up cuz I have the endurance

Then when you will doing this stuff easy. If you got the endurance the rest is just strength and explosive power. Then we will have make part two of this, lol.

I like this video, you doing some workouts I never seen b4. I'm still on the basic workout route mode. Regular flat bench, dumbell curls etc bt ur channel is inspiring me to incorperate some different excerises n my workout route. If you could subscribe to my channel I would highly appricate it

@alan48085 Thanks for the concern, i definitely appericate it, I've progressed myself up to these exercises through several other safer exercises. Then i had to take it to the next level. However, i usually don't use this much weight during my daily routines. Unless I'm training for something.
