Your are probably the best traceur in the world. No offense to Olympic track stars but I think you can get higher then them on the high jump while completing a backflip over the bar. You could also get the world record long jump.

Any trainers with fairly thick 1 piece rubber sole are OK. I Reccomend Kalenji Success or Kalenji Ekiden 50, because they are really cheap, good and last for long.

I don't know about that, it all dippends on the hight your falling from, if it's about 2stories or more, then you can feel the air rush past you and a sence of weightlessness.....and that's coming from experiance.

I do tumbling and some free running on the side and u feel a lot while flying though the air. Flips are all muscle memory but everything else is awesome. Its all about practice,practice,pratice unti lu get that perfect camera shot.

actually if you do a aprkour roll right u cn go from about twice that hwight and still come out relativel unscathed. you basically convert all your downward momentum into forward momentum.

Ah, but David Belle practices Parkour not free-running. You cannot be a professional traceur that practices Parkour since it's only about self-improvement but a free-runner, sure. It's much more commercial and entertainment based and Levi is clearly a professional entertainer and free-running is his medium.

I am sorry if I said things in a wrong way about freerunning vs. parkour. I am in no way someone who freaks out about the differences, after all a free-runner practices parkour and ADDS to it.

What I meant by more entertainment or commercial slant is that free-running is more about art. And art is naturally more entertaining than someone practicing a precision over and over. So because of this free-running becomes more commercial.
