I guess American Airlines makes this error all the time. The same thing happened to me. I brought a dog from overseas, and at JFK, they had lost my dog. It was a good thing I asked if I could take her for a walk before going on the next flight. They took her to the wrong Airlines, and then she was put in some animal shelter, until I found her. It was a nightmare! Good thing I had all the paperwork to prove that they had her.

Any animal that walks upright can produce uneasiness in some folks. The main point here is that most folks viewing Faith's videos seem to easily overcome the strangeness, and recognize the happy side of the dog's and her owner's situation. And they express that willingly. 'Creepy' isn't really meant as an insult, it's merely a emotional problem created within an individual when they see something they consider too unusual.
