Accept yourself. Read. Write. Get into music. Talk to people who aren't sheep. Find things you love, and then love doing them or talking about them. But just hang in there, that's all I can say.

Try clonazapan whoo shit works wonders for me, a little to good I think some times.
I became a diabetic so I'm kinda trapped by the system now but if you really hate yourself kill yourself in a existential sense.
let your old life die and explore existence to see what you can witness as someone new.
