The funny thing is that I go through that almost everyday. I guess I should've bought a MacBook instead of a Thinkpad! That or plan my life better. hahaha :D

@NLS87 The IBM PC was introduced in 1981. This was 1987. That means it has been out for six years. The Apple II had been out for 10 years at this time, the Atari 800 8 years, the Commodore 64 5 years.
Best Apple ad ever! They need to go back to ones like this, they appeal to the masses and show that computers can be good learning tools. It also strikes home with me since I've had this happen to me a few times (though I had an iBook in high school, not a IIc).
True! The apple //cs compactability makes it great to take to school, and to study at the last minute at that time in 1984
