  • Overly sugar in products is killing us and salt.

  • I am planning to go on a diet for the gym and part of it involves me eating 15 to 25 eggs a day everyday can i confirm that it is harmless? am 19 and got NO coditions or illnesses. Thank you

  • Always blaming saturated fats, Get real, it's the carbs, grains, and sugar that's causing all the illness leading to the metabolic syndrome. The problem is there's too much cash at stake within the food industry that make this highly processed fructose foods that everyone is told is so good to feed to their kids and them selves. Money is such a bitch ! it always wins

  • @Majorsixth how do we know not the same problem is produced by the egg industry?

  • As long as we eat eggs that are produced from happy hens I fully believe that this is a super-food. Even organic eggs are a cheap source of protein. Why wouldn't we eat them! Go chickens, go!!!

  • hell...if your insulin ISN'T normal you SHOULD be eating eggs....they're great for diabetics...as well as everyone else on the planet....even the chickens don't mind...they pump 'em out regardless of whether we eat 'em or not.

  • demonising saturated fat yet again.

  • Eggs are awesome! They are realitively inexpensive, healthy and quite tasty!

  • The established wisdom is finally coming around!!!

Too bad they still haven't listened to the studies that fully exonerate saturated fat from heart health.

If your insulin levels are normal (partially regulated by carbohydrate intake) and your fructose intake is low, there's no risk to eggs at all.
