Yeah, he changed the rhythm and some words :XD Our choir teacher split it into pieces, with all the non-soloist singing the parts that barely change.

I do not agree. I feel that the intensity is valid. It is a rendition and differs from the original. If you are listening with bias it is impossible to hear. For me the angst and frustration and loss brings this classic song into the present.
