@fizyus I heard that your wudu is broken if a dog licks u since they have the tendency to lick they privates and will eat filth. Also angels do not enter in the household where there are dogs and/ or pictures. Dogs also have the ability to see the jin. this are both from hadith!

Just wanted to say one thing...wiping the face after making du'a is Bid'ah (innovation), because the Prophet SAW never did that, so we should refrain from doing that in sha Allah. It definitely made me feel stronger about wearing hijab which I have doubts about since I started in 2008. um I am not sure if you are both aware but you can not have a dog inside the house unless you are ready to clean the whole place wherever it was. In addition if it touches you (the dogs saliva) your prayer is invalid. unless you wash it off. Anyways I am so happy that Rebecca's family became Muslim! I pray my family comes to Islam :(

Watching your stories brought tears to eyes and a smile to my face. It made me feel gratefull and thankfull for the gift that i was given the day i was i born which is islam. interesting how Sahabas would be terrified each time they heard the clouds roar too loud, the Riwayah say they would think the Yaumul Qayama was here, also Sh Hamza narrates of this Sahaba, who was so obsessed with Sa'aa sign of DOJ, that one day the prophet told him relax, u wont see it in ur life time, great story salam :)
