when i was doing this combo i noticed that in order for ME to do step 2.. i need to press buttons rapidly.. meaning.....

WHILE reptile is doing his dash thing... i am already holding the jump button and waiting to time the punch..

in other words.. i am one step ahead of my characters actions..

also, instead of the neutral jump punch, you can skip right to an enhanced fast ball, it has to be enhanced tho and continue the combo from there. 42% damage but if you cant hit the neutral punch its worth it

Great video, but i just cant pull step 2 off.. everytime i dash he just misses the opponent.. did they fix this or do i just suck?:p

@TheKillerGod23 After step 1 I press B-F-triangle and then hold up, but he just misses the dash, it doesnt connect.. I just suck, I made my own combo that does 30%.. guess i'll never hit the 40-45% combo :(

if your struggling to time the njp then you can slide the punch buttons from square to triangle as well giving you a much better chance for it to come out.

u have to do a fuzzy guard especially against characters like quan chi

u have to switch from low to high block throughout his combos depending on which combo strings he uses

I have been practicing that dash jump punch for weeks now I can get it down quite a few times in a row then other days I can't get it at all. Timing is so strict :\ but when you do pull it off online god damn it is sexy. Thanks killergod

@Medina4life Unless you use a lot of breakers like I do then it's totally worth it, imo. All depends on play style. I use long, damaging combo strings, while some people just spam until they have an x-ray and use that.
