@simpsonsfan89 Of course there was no PG-13 back then and there were a lot of movies that were rated PG in the 70's that would probably get an R rating today. I never saw this particular movie, but I did see another William Girdler movie from the previous year, "Grizzly" which also starred Christopher George and Richard Jaeckel. I was only six when it came out so my parents probably shouldn't have let me see it, but it scared the crap out of me.
May 25th, 1977? So that's the same date that release Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977).
