  • I cab do that weight and I'm 16, even though I haven't work on them particularly hard, my leg strength is disproportionate to my upper body, I bench 100kg and chest press 85 my bicep curl is at 50kg, does anyone know why I can compete with massive bodybuilders with my legs but not upper body ?
