I would ask this so called judge if he knew whether or not the children have birth certificates and social security cards. If they did then the state had every right to take them because they belong to the state. Once you file a birth certificate and social security card you're signing over your rights to the child to the state. Also the authorities may have violated Title 18 USC 241&242. They can get charged ten thousand dollars per constitutional violation.
Once you file a birth certificate and get an SS card, you have NOT surrendered anything to the state. You sign away no rights at all. A birth certificate is nothing more than a record of birth, and an SS number is used to establish an account with social security in the childs name, as well as giving the child their own unique legal identity, identity that a name cant guarantee.
Actually when a birth certificate is issued, you sign over nothing at all. A social security number is automatically issued now days. Neither is a contract and neither signs away anything. Learn a little law, ok ?

I would ask this so called judge if he knew whether or not the children have birth certificates and social security cards. If they did then the state had every right to take them because they belong to the state. Once you file a birth certificate and social security card you're signing over your rights to the child to the state. Also the authorities may have violated Title 18 USC 241&242. They can get charged ten thousand dollars per constitutional violation.

Once you file a birth certificate and get an SS card, you have NOT surrendered anything to the state. You sign away no rights at all. A birth certificate is nothing more than a record of birth, and an SS number is used to establish an account with social security in the childs name, as well as giving the child their own unique legal identity, identity that a name cant guarantee.

There is no federal law that outlaws polygamy, also the state laws against the polygamous relationship of consenting adults are unconstitutional, and just like sodomy laws, are not enforced but still on the books. If someone was arrested for polygamy and it was completely consensual between all adult parties they could take that case to court and have it dropped.

I suggest you study constitutional law a little. There are many freedoms, rights, left up to the states that the federal laws cannot supercede. Regulating marriage is one of those laws. Yes it is, and thats why its worth defending. If you think it is so great, and it is, why bury your head in sand and ignore any problems it is facing? The republic deserves better. It deserves defending. Blindfolding ourselves behind the flag and refusing to admit any problems we face is not only immoral, but its dangerous. If you love the republic as much as everyone on this page who is complaining, join us in restoring the constitutional republic so that the country can remain the greatest.
