Well they don't have much of a big team but still have the core for their developments, since they fired over 600 roughly employees as a cut back, due to lower WoW subs. I say that anyone going into the game industry get ready to work your butt off to get a foot in the door, since the market is flooded again since E.A.'s cut back 2 years ago of 100-300 people.

I think the big problem with steam is that they are terrible when it comes to reliability in terms of staying connected. I hate that I have to have steam installed in order to use the games that I like. Some people may like that it is streamlined, I however, do not.

Steam won't allow EA to control steam through the battle log, which is where you do 99% of pre-game set up (joining parties, joining games etc.) There is no in game menu system in BF3 its all done through the battle log (some people like some people hate)

I really do hate how WoW is today, the player base has gotten worse over the years and WoW just hasn't been the same since Vanilla and Burning Crusade which I think was the game's best peak, that's why I prefer to play on private servers. As for WoW in general it looks like Star Wars and Guild Wars 2 are going to overthrow WoW's crown.

People enjoyed this game but now its just ridiculous, Getting gear is easy raiding is fairly easy the way we train up skills not having to buy new ranks for better damage epic mounts at lvl 40. Hell i remember having to walk around till level 40 just for a basic mount. The list goes on.
Just to add something to your comment about WoW losing so many players. Blizzard's recent decision to offer D3 for free in order to entice a player to subscribe for a whole year means they don't have to report anyone who decides to back out of that contract. Bliz will not report those losses to their player base. My guess is that like myself, many others accepted the deal but then decided to quit the game. I cancelled my credit card because Bliz wouldn't let me cancel my subscription to WoW!

I grew outta wow which is the main reason. Games just arent that fun anymore. Additionally, im tired of lvling and always having to l2p the game all over again as there is a new expansion inc as soon as i reach the highest lvl. WoW isnt worth my time

I do agree with u on World of Warcraft. Not much has changed at all. Some of the tier armor is same as tier 2 armor. Blizzard need to find a way to make the game way better. I think it might be to late if Star Wars: The Old Republic comes out. Some of the WoW players will leave WoW for Star Wars.

You're an idiot bro, did you not do economics in senior school at all? It's a sway in subscribers. As much as you douchebags want to make it out as, it's a sway that happens every expansion - first 600,000 left, then 300, which shows it's already slowed down.

@Warlocksrule666 There's a difference between subscribers and players. I am still a subscriber,but I'm no longer a player since I didn't pay my monthly tax. Nevertheless The game is fucking dying taking into account that about 2 million players quit from the beggining of the year,thus creating a downfall.I would estimate the game will reach around 4-5 million quitters in half the time,and seriously,I can see why. *btw,don't you insult people,you...you...aussie*

K WoW had 12 mil subscribers, - 800,000, does that really sound like alot? 11.5 mil subs still, in vanilla WoW had 4 mil- it sure is the death of wow alright, and after the release of 4.3 info 100,000 ppl have already joined back.
