  • how fucked up can a society get... *chills*

  • It's so sad to see a country ripped into two... making the North and the South completely different from one another. You are all Korean.. you need to come together and stop the bullshit. It's very, very similar to the mexican/american gangs out here in California. There is murder, rape and other crime do to mexican american's from Northern California & Southern California. What is wrong with us humans... aren't we smarter than this?

  • What about the British troops? They fought in Korea too.

  • I liked the shot of the pretty girls in leotards, taken from the Aririang. That defector's quite pretty.

  • I hate Journeymanpictures. They never put subtiles nd their documentaries are like half done,

  • someone who speaks Korean translate plz

  • Dear Journeyman, you have failed once again. i watch EVERYONE fo your documentaries, yet it still pissses me off that you don't provide subtitles to vids. I speak Russian and it pisses me off when i try to show docs about Russia to my friends only to realize THEY ARENT TRANSLATED! For fuck sakes...

  • Hey guys click on Transcribe Audio. I never knew that crying North Koreans were all saying "How do you do" or "marc klass and wounded!" LOL

  • Captions are the CC

  • Actually there's a very strong sentiment about unification of Korea by South Koreans. While there is a strong desire for it, the South Koreans, having become fat and prosperous, are very nervous a collapsed North Korea will release a flood of North Korean refugees that will be a BIG drain on the South Korean economy that will kill the fat and prosperous place the South Koreans now have.

  • either no one cares about north korea or they have nuclear to kill the planet so maybe its a good idea to leave the leader alone... unless you want to die

  • WHERE ARE THE DAMN SUBTITLES???

  • It's sad to think about but I'm sure most of the North Koreans who had to return back to that country after this event were put in a concentration camps (along with 3 generations of their family) to die because they had been tainted by the enemy. That's how paranoid the chimp in charge is about outside influences.

  • The North Korea and South Korea is kinda like communism and nasism in the 1930s/1940s. Just think about it, one ideology against another. I think the only thing to do is to wipe out North Korea once and for all.

  • North Koreans cannot eat bibles. Christians must STFU

  • where are the subtitles?

  • @bass109 jesus christ my dick

  • Comment removed

  • I'd want a DMZ separating me from that lady at 1:42!

  • How were this people chosen? I am sure there was a huge corruption taking place within North Korea. Communist countries are the worsed when it comes to bribery and corruption

  • We should help them as Christians

  • @Vercetti777 jesus was gay

  • JESUS IS THE WAY TO GOD!

  • @JesusPaid4You jesus dick is too small to help

  • I wonder....do Northern Koreans have problems with accents or slang of South Koreans when defect? There isn't much of accents between Koreans?

  • Obviously hell on earth.

  • i really felt very sad when i heard that one of the north Korean mans mother died just 4 weeks before meeting of families.....it was quite emotional .....

  • Interesting, but a lot is lost by not knowing what the people are saying.

  • Hyundai owns

  • I'm speaking platitudes here, but its crazy how North Korea is so successful at managing its image with its own people (or at least, the "selected ones" in the showpiece capital that aren't starving in the rural zones), and yet to the rest of the world, it is an utter failure of image management...Granted, those are totally separate worlds, but still...it leaves me chilled to the bone...

  • I really wanted to hear what that woman had to say about escaping North Korea. What happened to the subtitles?

  • If it was anyone fault for this long separation it is North Korea! N. Korea is very afraid that if too many of their citizens ever found out that they were lied to about the outside world they would overthrow their Government!

  • SUBTITLES,please! :(

  • I really enjoyed this video. Any opportunity to see into North Korea is an educational treat. It's really a fascinating and largely forgotten story. Believe me, you will very rarely hear anything about North Korea in any fashion in the American south. I do have to complain about the lack of subtitles. I wish I could speak Korean, but I can't. I feel I could have gotten a ton more out of the video with subtitles in English.

  • his brother, he is a liar. For he who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot be loving God, whom he has not seen. 21 And this commandment we have from him, that the one who loves God should be loving his brother also.

Our brother and sister is a person who does not dominate with things that are made with man. It gives it does not take. Love is shared and is built up. We must all share this love, to love each person alive. It starts with God and us.Then we love and are not self.

  • What an idiotic documentary - must one be bilingual Korean/English in order to understand what the people are saying????

  • These videos are well done, but WHY are there no subtitles? Again!

  • In another Journeyman Pictures video even the North Korean guides talking in English was subtitled. But nothing here!

  • This is so outdated. LOL.

  • its not our fucking job to launch his satelites for him, and we will not.

kim jong il can go fuck himself.

  • koreans are weird

  • Im Korean and I still can't sometimes understand the North Korean dialect...

  • The documentaries in this channel are not bad, but the lack of subtitles is really annoying. If the documentaries are meant for an English speaking audience then where the fuck are the subtitles??? what a half assed channel!!

  • I hate commercials! Why do they have to attack youtube?!?

  • @Tihbialdunav Because youtube can't live without it. Ads=Money.

  • Why the hell are there no subtitles??? I'm giving up on this half-baked channel...

  • Could we get somebody, anybody to interpret in a comment box.

  • I know, this is stupid that they don't have subtitles or direct translations. Seems very half-assed.

  • Can we get some subtitles up in this bitch?

  • @vwguyaz87

press the fucking cc button, dumbass

  • @vwguyaz87 yea i think that guy just calle dme a niggggaaa

  • Subtitles would be nice... Especially since Korean isn't on the daily schedule of most schools in...well, the world outside Korea......

  • why no subs manjourney

  • clearly its the repartiation of long lost families .. only NK and SK can be in this film.

  • @jnovais2 That's why he sends thousands of his own people to hundreds of concentration camps in his own country?! You're either brainwashed or stupid.

  • @DCussen Is this the only way you have to comment my opinion? Please, get some education or go somewhere else!...Do you know what? —Get a job!

  • @jnovais2 Get a job? Your comeback is the one that doesn't make sense. And if Kim is a "great man", please move to North Korea, obviously you'd love it.

  • @jnovais2 Mr. Bush is gone; whereas, "Dear leader" kim is still in power, violating human rights of "his own people". You are stupid aren't you?

  • @UmmahTube or he will die by age or health he has serious serious health problems

  • @UmmahTube If only it were that simple, the whole system in a sense needs to topple.

  • Subtitles would've been nice.

  • @erginakif yes, its unusual given that ABC (the Australian Government news channel) that shot these documentaries high highly trained translators and usually add voice overs to their pieces before airing.

  • wad a depressing country

  • 18:00 This is called propagaganda village. I was stationed hear from 1998 to 2001, and all I can say is breath taking. I feel so horrible for the ones who were not selected to see there relatives. 2-9 Infantry

  • @supermoto804 thank you for your service.

  • Nice country.

  • Commies all need to go hell, especially Kim Jong-Ill!!

  • Kim Jong-Ill will go HELL!! He doesn't have to contol people's lives like this!!!

  • nope he won't ... he's probably not even christian so there's no hell for him. He probably created his own religion in which he will go to his created paradise ;-)

  • To "skoi87" frankly mate, I just dont give a SHIT about this whole subject anymore.

  • They do voiceovers/subtitles but this is to entice you purchasing the video from the journeyman's website.

I have brought a couple of them and was actually extremely pleased with the quality of documentaries Journeyman has on offer.

  • bit lazy not putting subs on

  • Fascinating exchange of text comments the past week.

It suggests to me there is no hope whatsoever of a negotiated settlement between North and South.

  • 08:24 HE WAS A PEDOPHILE THAT WHY :)

  • this is another half produced documentory, I dont know about the rest of you? but I dont speak Korean , so having no subtitles on the spoken parts featuring some of the bits to camera is pointless & frustrating! is it just lazyness? or does it smack of censorship & or propagaganda?

  • shitty australian doco's lol, but it doesnt bother me to much im sure you'll live without some subtitles

  • @paulspydar They don't have the rights to the subtitles, I assume. These were produced for Australian TV, so the TV station would have subtitled this.

  • @paulspydar I agree. I do speak korean, and the south korean comments do add to the video. but i cant even understand what the north koreans are saying, because the language has changed so much. i dont think journeymanpictures speaks any korean at all however.

  • why isn't there any subtitles when Korean people are speaking Korean? I would really like to know what they are saying.

  • Yes, agreed.

  • I can translate but I don't know how to do that on Youtube. I've only seen it done before. If you let me know how to do it then I would love to do it you guys.

  • Cause they're Communist! they cut things out and sensor everything, If you want a real hard hitting Journalistic, Insight into this country, you literally got to film everything secretly, and be lucky enough to get the material out to the world. Thats the only way you'd ever find out whats really happening in that country.

  • Sorry i had to find context..... i mean with the video... they've got all of these korean defectors speaking but no translation.... to be honest, it's something that i've noticed with australian produced docs. british and american documentaries generally have text or a voiceover or something but not the australian ones

  • back again. Have no idea what you're on about anymore. Basically the bottom line is that you are not listening, and will accuse me of the same thing.

On a brighter note, some thing we agree on: Kim Jong Il (Or Kim Jong, lmao) is an ass of a 'leader'.

  • @ozaki1 I LOVE YOU

  • @ozaki1 Trust me, Ozaki1, I wish I could tell you in person, You'd really "Love" to hear what I have to say. Its quite Intimate, and very "descriptive."

  • Hey, you seemed like you wanted to talk earlier, and was happy to reply to my comments, whats wrong??

  • Hey tell me If you dont want to talk anymore and I'll stop trying to talk to you

  • its not about borth korea its about stupid k....g kim jong il

    f...k u

  • If Kim Jong was eliminated, as in his whole regime, dictatorship, Ideal. If that was completely removed. Dont think, "North Korea/South Korea," but just think "KOREA," as a whole, as one United country. These two peoples could live as one again. I know it can never be as easy as this, and that this very ambitious Idea, would take a lot of time. But instead of this country being too stuck in its History, think differently, forward. Things could be different.

  • You've a NICE DREAM. But it's a DREAM. I don't get what you mean "this country being too stuck in its History," but think forward? Sure. But try to think logically.

In REALITY, if NK's communism collapsed, and SK had a chance to reunite, SK wouldn't - They'd both still be independent. Sure, we'd give them aid, heaps -they're our NEIGHBOUR; we want diplomatic ties. But union? NO; Why should SK compensate for NK's mistakes?

  • Just to reply to your other comment I missed before. Korea is stuck in its History as in the whole peninsula divide thing. And if you are saying that even If the country, united, would still be Independence of one particular side. Then that shows how stuck in past, S-K really is, when they would even refuse to reunite with their own "Brothers/Comrades," how ever you want to put it, "Fellow Koreans," shall I say that. Just also want to know Y you blocked me??

  • ...and don't tell me it's because we are the 'same people' - that's so naive, and wrong.

It's obviously true that some Korean families are divided, but heck, I've French and Japanese cousins. We're divided too, but we're not the 'same people'.

Nothing wrong with the names "North Korea" and "South Korea" too. (Heck, "Korea" has different names on both sides.)

  • Seems like you are getting quite annoyed. I dont know If you mean to make this point, but sounds like you are making out that all N-Koreans are just like "Kim Jong." If you are not saying this, then I fail to recognize what point you mean by the fact that N-Koreans, and S-Koreans are very much different. Cause, "Jap, French," and any other Nationality of people are different, because they are from dif, countries. N-k, S-k, two different sides, of ONE, country.

  • I just also want to add that, If these two sides ever could unite, Its not that N-Korean people would exactly stay as they are, they are under a dictatorship. One that many if not all of them disagree and dont want. N-Koreans just simply want to live, and to be united, as "ONE," and If S-Koreans wouldnt even be prepared to accept these people, even If the regime and all that, were destroyed. Then this shows, how S-Koreans are not prepared to "Look forward."

  • No not annoyed, but you don't seem to be reading. I've specifically said that they are TWO countries (reference: any map will do), and that NKs are NOT like KJI.

    BTW his name's "Jong Il".

South Korea wants to mind its own business. We do "look forward"; We obviously want armistice-ways to avoid a possible nuclear war.

If NKs want to live as 'one' with us (Not surprising. Anywhere's better than NK), tuff. It sucks to be born there, like it probably sucks to be born in Iraq, than SK or theUSA.

  • Even though you "Specifically" said, and the fact its on a map, that still doesnt make any difference to the fact that as a "people," they are the same. You dont need to remind me of his "exact" name either, I know it, but have writ it too much, and just prefer to mention it short now. And whats with the "tuff," and "It sucks to be born there," that just proves your attitude further. These N-Korean people need help, not hostility.

  • ... *sigh*. Think logically :-/

Seriously, would you rather be born in the USA, or NK (or Iraq). If you were born in the latter, tuff luck, right. If people don't want to help, tuff :P

And another point that I've been repeating that you don't seem to get: We are not the same "people" (which I have said, "specifically", for like a hundred times).

And you calling him "Kim Jong" 's like calling Michael Jackson, "Michael Jack"... just pointing out.

  • You can say it a thousand times, not going to make a difference, so get annoyed at it all you like. "Your" Korea will always be the same, with S-K thinking like you do. What I dont understand is, Its a Dictator that has made N-K the way it is. Even If he+his regime were excluded. You wud still tell N-K to stay where they are, more or less the same as they are, not wanting much to do with them. MJ was a Iconic Artist. "Kim Jong" is a dictator. A cruel one at that, so I'll call him what I like.

  • Yes, I won't make a difference because you're an ignorant bigot that won't listen.

I can't continue talking with you. You need to learn to read and get what I'm constantly repeating.

I'm a single South Korean, speaking my mind on this issue. You're an ignorant bigot. North Korea should change. North Korea needs help. They don't need reunification.

(And calling him "Kim Jong" is... well, stupid. Do you also call Adolf Hitler, "Hit Adolf"?)

This has gone far too long, good bye.

  • Wow! you really get pissed off when you cant take that other people wont see your point of view, I just think your way of thinking is a bit wrong. I dont claim to know everything, and sure dont know as much as you when it comes to "S-Korea," but I will say, that you yourself dont know what is exactly right and the best option for N-Korea, let alone "Korea as a country. And I will call Kim "Dictator" Jong what ever I like, no matter how much It annoys you.

  • Well... what can I say. Your intolerance of any opinions differing from your own shows by the way how you don't listen to the opposition :/

You've said that I know more about South Korea than you do, and that you don't know everything. Yet, you think you're right. Arrogance much?

I think you yourself don't know what's the right and best option for NK. Unification will bring happiness to a few, but will overall cause economic collapse and the problems associated...

  • How exactly have I even "said that I am right??" you may get that vibe from me, but I have not exactly said that, have I. So dont say that I have. And You claim you "wasnt getting pissed off," yet, what was with the Insults earlier, I dont claim to have Insulted you, call me "Ignorant," but why "Bigot??" You have been just as Ignorant as I have.

  • ...and talking about bias:

I think YOU're biased. You want a unified Korea, no matter what the cost.

I want them to settle for peace and diplomacy. What's wrong with that? Aid and diplomacy (no to communism/dictatorship), what North Korea REALLY needs, not some family reunion.

  • I dont just want some "Family Reunion" and I dont want them Unified no-matter what the cost. How did I exactly say that?? but there are alot of Koreans, South and North of the border who have family separated. And the way you talk about your, "South Korea" you dont show much understanding of that Issue.

  • Look, I cant believe how much we have gone on about this, Its blown way out of proportion. The video is about the Summit of the two leaders, "giving millions of Koreans hope of reunification," all I've done is make a few comments on what I thought about the whole situation of the country, or "Two countries." I watched another video, about N-Koreans escaping, and how they are misguided, and Just felt compelled to talk about it thats all.

  • If that is what you want, yes, your reunification is the best/"right" option. ('right'... as in, it causes 'happiness'? Get real).

(I'm not pissed off at what you call Kim Jong Il. Call him Kim Jong, whatever. I'm just pointing out that it's stupid, and against convention if you care. e.g. You don't see people calling Obama, "Obama Bar"(-rack). )

  • Yes but "Obama" is not an "Evil dictator" that tries to control people, neither was MJ for that matter. Im not saying that my opinion is the "best/right" option. But you talk about what I say, without taking a single thing into consideration or even listening to my point, one bit. And go on about your points and opinions, which, frankly just sound totally Biased, as in "South-Korean" people.

  • 1. Bigot, because... well, explained before, but, repeating as usual... intolerant of any opinions differing from your own; you don't listen. Take it as an "Insult" with a capital "I" if you want, but the term fits perfectly.

    2. I never said Obama was an 'evil' dictator. If he WAS, you may call him 'Obama Bar', despite how silly it sounds, if it makes you feel better.

    -----------------

The term, "South Korean people"... is biased??? That's absurd (lol).

  • And I would say you are exactly the same, an "Ignorant Bigot," you explained its meaning and yet, you have done the exact same thing towards my opinions. And you ARE totally Biassed, as in your thoughts on "Your" South Korean people. So Kim Jong is not a evil Dictator then.

  • Um... I wouldn't consider myself as an ignorant bigot as you call me. I can justify why I can call YOU one (which I have... twice. See, even more justification.), but I feel as though I've actually read all your stuff and considered your points. I feel that you haven't done the same for me.

e.g. Why do you keep saying that the South Korean people are mine???

Also, "Kim Jong" IS an evil dictator, are you confused??

  • Im not considering any of your bullshit, fuck you! You awkward bitch, Kim Jong is an evil Dictator, and I'll call him what ever the fuck I like.

  • "fuck you! awkward bitch" LOL... Wow! Calm down!

And yeah, I don't give an ass what you call him for goodness sake! "Kim Jong" IS an evil dictator, dumbass, no shit?!

Call him whatever u want to call him lol. Why're u so angry...

  • and why have YOU suddenly posted me out the Blue?? did my "1-month old" message only just reach you over there or something? Or maybe you want to argue with me again, now that certain hostilities have emerged between the two, yes I've been watching the news.

  • haha... Yeah, I've been away for a while my friend... And finally checked my profile, and you said "Fuck you" to me, "awkward bitch". Something THAT desperate was just begging for attention. That's all.

Since u got into current affairs... That they crossed our border, received warnings, still carried on through, and we fired on them... err... Yes, right... that made me very, very angry (not), and made me want to argue with some bigot like you... genius. That means no, I'm sick of arguing.

  • Comment removed

  • Listen you want to provoke me, thats fine, I've had loads of fights on here, and I can get very "creative" when I get going. So go ahead....I was past talking to you about this subject ages ago. Im just happy for us to both throw Insults back at each-other, you havnt listened to anything else I've said. You've just provoked me by bringing this up again.

  • Main points:

You think "Korea" should unite for your idea of 'happiness'. "Kim Jong" is evil. Also, you think that South Koreans are mine. "Korea" is a country.

"Korea" was a country - is now either NK or SK. I think they should remain separate, as unification for your idea of happiness is ridiculous, and will cost South Korean society too much to lose. The "war" should end, and they should become diplomatic 'friends' - trade, more aid, tourism etc.

  • If South Korea and North Korea unites...South Korea will go from being a G20 nation to a 3rd world country. North Korea's economy is 5% of South Korea's and that percentage is falling....when East Germany (around 35% of West Germay's economy) was absorbed by West Germany...the country almost collapsed..the strain on the economy crippled the nation but now after going through the ordeals, Germany is now the strongest economy in Europe. The same cannot happen to Korea...we have passed that point

  • You don't seem to listen. Keep calling him "Kim Jong". Lets leave it as that.

  • No sorry Im not leaving it at anything now, "Kim Jong" yeah, I will keep calling him that thankyou. You stick to your "Convention rules."

  • And you're not getting the difference here: Getting help does NOT mean reuniting.

I've "specifically" also said that SK should help even more when NK's dictatorship collapses (if it ever does)... (Like i've said,) SK should help purely for DIPLOMATIC (neighbour) reasons, not some "oh cuz we're the same ppl" emotional crap.

  • subtitles?

  • Yes, cause I know "real Democracy," the old Empire of the "Old UK," had a real Democracy, and used this Ideal to help a lot of countries around the world. But yes thats just "UK," when It had the empire, those days have gone now. But I like to think US was founded on a "real Democracy." only later that this Ideal became corrupted. And only later have big Corporations, Industries like you said, gained some power in the ruling of US.

  • please translate the korean spoken parts

  • The one thing that keeps this country from helping its self, is these two Ideals, Communism and Democracy. and While Its true, democracy is the better, way forward. I think none of the other countries (US, Russia, China) have really helped Korea. They should have just left the country alone in the first place. Then It wouldnt have been in the mess it is in today.

  • Actually Communism is the only true democracy, as it is every single person who decides equally.

There has NEVER been a real communist country in the history of the modern world, only dictatorships disguising themselves.

  • I wud have to disagree with you there, Communism being the true Democacy?

    Communism tries to control people.

  • Thats the bullshit explanation that i hear from people always... well yeah the communist states haven't been REAL communist states....

FACE IT: Communism as an idea doesn't work together with the human nature it instead creates human catastophes...

  • Your definition of communism sounds like anarchy. Communism is the true democracy? I find that contradictory.

Communism, is where everyone is equal. Democracy is where people are NOT equal -individuals.

There are people with POWER in communism. ( hence the idea of equality in communism ironically fails.) If there weren't, anarchy.

  • 'This' country, is NOT a country mate... Korea is NOT a country.

It USED to be one, is now TWO. As a South Korean, I hope the two countries somehow find a resolution, and stay separate.

  • But like you said, "it USED to be," and if that was so still can if the Ideals of divide and rule were taken out. Think about it, both sides of Korean people are the same, Its only N-Korea dictator that keeps N-Korea the way it is.

  • Yes, dictatorship keeps North Korea (not N-Korea) the way it is, but North and South Koreans are NOT the same (anymore), period.

Despite physical differences, the ideological differences would be too vast for anyone to call average NKs "normal".

A nation in isolation, for over 60 years, with their own system for everything and more, with ZERO foreign knowledge and influence. Plus, no feedom and 'brainwashing'.

NK defectors in SK find the change overwhelming - clearly, not the same.

  • Well I'll admit, Im no expert on Korean history, or its people, you will know more bout your country than me, thats for sure. but I just feel that, these two peoples were separated by "Ideals." And now these N-Korean people, are more or less being brainwashed, by a dictator. Inside they are both the same. If N-Koreans were united with the south, aside from these differences, once they saw the real world. Im sure these two peoples could live as a whole once again.

  • "Inside they are both the same"

...You don't seem to understand. It's been wayy too long, and it'd be foolish to say that.

Is America and Iran the same? No way, not even close (mentally and physically). Same case for North Korea and South Korea, except it may be more extreme - at least Iranians know about the world, and are heard.

  • By "Inside they are both the same," I meant inside their minds, as a person, a human being, these people from two different sides of a country, from two different Ideals, ways of life "are" never the less, the same. e.g. of this have shown that people in S-Korea who have relatives in N-Korea, although have different lives, are the same people.

  • Yes N-Koreans or as you keep putting it, "North-Koreans," are under a dictatorship, but If these people were freed and allowed to live united with S-Koreans, I.e this Ideal of North South, divide, If these two were united, they would each live as one, N-Koreans wouldnt be any different, not the whole of North-Korean people, believe in Kim Jong's Ideals, his dictatorship. They (N-Korean people) are NOT all like that.

  • While NK defectors living in SK may find the change overwhelming, Its not that they exactly "Disagree" with this change. NK defectors want to get away from their situation, because they feel they are infact, "the same" as SK, its only the "Ideals" that separate them.

  • This is really US and Russia fault. they occupied Korea after WW2. All Korea wanted, like every other country, was to be Its own country, not for others to get involved. US started meddling in the countries affairs, creating two governments fighting over the country, When N-K struck out in 1950, led to Korean War, that didnt solve much, and when that ended in a stallmate. US and China backed out, left the country in a confused mess, resulting in a kind of split along the peninsula.

  • I'd actually go further than that, and say this is Japan's fault (I'm not anti-Japan btw) because Japan left "Korea" in an UNSTABLE state by murdering the ruling family.

  • I guess if we look at it like that, you do have a bit of point there.

  • N-Korea amazes me! Watched a programme, on BBC, It showed people trying to cross the border and sneak things into that part of the country, the people were actually made to believe that the rest of the outside world was worse off, and that those living in there, were better off. When they were really living in bad condition, and most didnt realize It.

  • This movie is bullshit - it says 3 million troops and civilians died inclinding those of the US, Australia and ther nations...

Most were civlians who died, and almost all Korean

    fkuck this double standard

  • Not necessarily. China is one of the worlds leading economies (they even make your US flags)..and its not a shithole.

Most of Vietnam, today reunited is not a shithole.

They have been under sanctions for 60 years, and they are forced to spend all their money on the army so they dont get invaded. I'm pretty sure if the whole country of 70 million was united, they would be alot better off.

Dont forget DPRK was at one point doing ALOT better then the South but that was before the USSR collapse

  • chinga zuzala chu cha...(Not Korean only Gibberish Language)

    Seriously this needs subtitles...

  • subtitles Plz for the Love of God

  • Why was that bitch at 1:43 yelling at the guy?

  • Subtitles wouldve been nice...

  • omg subtitles pleaseeeee.

North Koreans speaking is the most interesting bit lol

  • where is the fucking subtitles

  • We want subtitles to understand a language we can't comprehend, n since this documentary is in english, then its most logical that it b subtitled in english. To suggest that we subtitle this in every language is indeed very foolish, but totally understandable if it came from a fool.

  • because world is watching you racist moron, whole world wants nk and sk be one korea ...but ppl like you this cant happen till u ppl change ur thinking

  • Because English is the most widely learned language in the world. Translate it into Portugese and it wouldn't really help a lot of people would it?

  • You're the fucking idiot around here...

  • I swear I think were going back to Korea. I SWEAR. If We did I WILL Enlist. People can sometimes only learn the hard way the Highest regret is taking a LIFE. Some people just don't learn. If we do go back I will fight to save those people. We fight the enemy they rebuild themselves for the better. Korea is a cpuntry in NEED OF HELP, AND WE CAN HELP THEM.

  • I so agree with you but going Iraq has seemed to have made it worse so what will happen to North Korea if we go there and at what cost to American lives in South Korea and in AMERICA? I do agree with you those are human beings and they do need help by god.

  • They will simply unite!

Iraq is different, its an artificial country with 3 nations.

America wont help I garantee, why?

    1) NK has a nuke. Nobody attacks a state with nuclear weapons.

    2) But IF, China will rather help socialist NK than USA. And nobody wants III. world war..

    3) Americans never interact when there is no oil(see Hungarian revolution 1956 when people managed to fight the soviet communists who left the country for a few days and came back because USA did nothing.)

  • BTW South Koreans booed US Soccer team during the world cup and cheered whoever was playing against them.

  • dude... south korea is on US's side

  • @cbradley1391: No, they hate US. Without the US they wouldn't be a divided country...

  • whopzer-So they could be a Chinese buffer state just like NK?
