Hi,

You can modify the output setteing when rendering. You will be able to import most off the video formats into Sony Vegas. Formats like .avi and .mov sure will.

hello one more time i'm having a problem with after and evolution when i try to import the .mov files like the arrows the after say "(ae error: Cant import file"name": unsupported filetype or extension) I'm using windows7 64 bits and Ae Cs4, i have quick time installed. normaly they should already be .mov(if you downloaded the right pack)

just go to file>import and imort a file or the whole map of arrows. Give it another try

You go to Composition and Make Movie, then save it somewere and press on save, then the render window shoul pop up, just push render and it starts saving
