1978 ford f150 460 big block reving up

I have a 79 with a 429 big block going in it i am putting moped mufflers on it

@terrelkuhlman gaga tea, sure did. 7.5L v8 !!! biggest any of of them has made, chev came close with the 454...but not close enough haha. even the v10s theve got now are smaller.....except for maybe dodge's v10. i forget what its displacment is

I have been recently blessed with a 1979 ford f100 and it sounds very much like yours but it is a 302 form a 1992 Cougar I have some work to do like put either a holley 500 carb or a Maybe a 600 edelbrock performer carb

@zach0yg i agree thats not good to be reving the engine like that.that could bow the engine really quick. it can cause a knock and it warms the oil to fast and thats how you get burnt oil which causes it to blow the engine
