Uh about the whole blowing out a candle thing. I want to explain it for everyone. There is an old game called 100 candles, and in the game one blows out a candle after every scary story. 100 candles are to be lit then blown out, and 100 stories told. This game's purpose is to summon evil spirits attracted by the scary story. It is believed that once the candle for the story is blown out the spirit is allowed to come closer. It's just something extra from the anime, like, it's not an epilogue. Just random occurrences in the anime. For this anime though, it would be like a normal episode, only longer. Considering how the anime is pretty random itself.
