I just realized the point of chicken boo.... It's not just that his outfits couldn't fool a pre-schoolar. It's that a chicken has more talent than anyone (particullarly in hollywood). Think about it, he's the best general/actor/spy/fighter/producer/cowboy..... you name it, he does it better than anyone else. What does that say about the people around him?
I remember seeing this Chicken Boo segment a LOT as a kid, and I never got it how most of them fell for his fake mustache :P That crazy Tress MacNeille lady was the only one who knew :P

@scimitri I think you may be over-stressing the situation. It's not that bad. I know plenty of parents who sit with their children in order to bond with them over the shows they like to watch. That's what any good parent would do, IMO. Whether they enjoy the cartoon or not. So I don't think it's fair to blame television for any division within a family.
