This sounds good initially but you should try to use nylon strings. Have you ever heard of the word "attack" in a sound envelope? Well, if you use nylon strings (like this song should have) you will find they have less attack. Then you will have much better modulation to the sound. You are good and you will be making it soon.

Obviously, you're being negative (again?) like the other usernames. But really you should check out all of ortoPilot's work and you'll find an excellent mixture of lyrics, vocals and guitar playing. He'll get signed alright, you wait and see.

Actually I wasn't really trying to be negative, I've downloaded several of his covers and even the Umbrella song - I'm just being realistic, that's all. The genre that ortoPilot fits into usually requires at least a little bit of innovative lyrics, not just babbling about waking up too early or an umbrella flying away. I really do like his sound though. So...in regards to your question , I meant: He's probably not signed yet because his lyrics are boring.

This might be a retarded question but I have rsi in my wrist and I like to play everything in bar chords so I can control the sound better but with my wrist that means after 20 seconds of playing I die ;-) With your E shape bar'd do you play with your thumb on bass E? And just bar A shapes sorta thing? If you do (prolly dont I'm retarded in the eyes) you have any tips about it?

Yes Bryn0r, you're a retard. Orto only uses standard chord progressions with a little innovation nicked from the bands his mates made him listen to at Uni.

Slumberland is just a Bmin chord played on the 6th fret making it Ebmin and he tries to descend the scale on the root note down to a Bb7th which has a mute 5th string making the middle bit of this look like a D chord on the 4th, 3rd and 2nd strings in the middle of the fret board.

He's young, talented and unsigned.
