  • 可以教一下這種動作要怎麼做嗎?

    (我用一般的方法拉單槓可以拉個七八下)

  • @bodomphantom 先拉向上至手肘成90度,再舉腿向上,膝過單槓再拉肘挺腰過槓~

    後面的動作就是槓桿原理原理了_腳的槓桿力矩較上身長,身體稍用­力保持一直線,自然就翻過去了~
