Awesome!!! I want to see the Northern Lights! I didnt know like everyone else here that you can see them in the US. I have been to Marquette once, is that far enough north?
Sure, Marquette is far enough north. But we are at Solar Minimum right now and that is not to good for producing aurora. It may be a few years before they pick up.
see, i was so sure i'd read that, heard you say that, re-read that..but i had no idea that it was visible in michigan? i always thought you'd have to be further north. either way, lovely stuff!

They were taken on Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula Grant.

Oh sure - we are 47 Degrees North here ! All we need now is more sunspots to get them going. LOL
