As a trainee ref - I'm frustrated about all the red tape around this game. Its a full contact sport - many people would watch it because of this, especially those who got into it way back in the day. Now you cant give someone a few 'elbows' without being sent off!!

I really thought this was gonna be "Rock n Roll" - but its more "Knock & Rule".

What happened to this "alternative sport"? Red tape = same.

I say: "bring it back" again - then it will make TV again!

The opening clip featuring the Texas Outlaws (with Shirley Hardman #17) and the Los Angeles T Birds circa early '60's.....is that a re-enactment or is it a real clip???? If it is real it is he best clip I've ever seen featuring those two teams from that era.

I think the best way to make Roller Derby popular again is to have Lingerie Roller Derby just like the Lingerie Football League.This way when the girls jam, punch and fight each other there will be the great chance of seeing them rip and tear each other's clothes off and most likely leaving them bare butt naked on the floor. Breasts and nipples could be pulled and twisted, fisting in private areas could be done all in front of cheering crowds. The attendance would triple at the arenas overnight
