Not a big fan of TMNT but why not if a new TV show and a new movie is coming out why not a new TMNT game. It dont care that much if its as realistic as Batman Arkham City(which is awsome) though they shouln't make it a clone of it.

As much as i love the Metroid series i think Star Fox Wii U would be a better idea as it has been a long time since the series last had a new game.

I also really would love to buy a 3DS.

@walleyman300 besides the 1st SFA had its fare share of issues & problems. i wonder if its nintendos decision to make mini-DVD discs for GC which means either less quality games or two discs. or if Rareware just had to rush it near the end of develpoment (Microshit bought them out after SFA in 2002) either way it was left with serious difficulty issues (Test of strength/fear) & lack of replayability. hell, you had to start a new game just to replay it 0_o

Games like Soul Calibur 5 and so many others were just some of the reasons why I was glad I was able to afford going multiplatform for this current generation that will soon to end.

Before then, I could only afford Nintendo consoles because that is where my fav games were.

With so many games being HD dependant that the Wii could not do, I was happy I got a Wii as well as a PS3 and XBox360 so I could have a choice of games regardless of platform it appeared on.

That's a great idea. A new Turtles game with the Arkham treatment sounds fantastic. It'd be cool to hear some of the actors from the old movie return as voices for this as well. Particularly Elias Koteas and Corey Feldman. They were such a good combo.

As a huge 1987 TMNT fan myself, I'm a bit skeptical about a realistic Arkham City-alike, but I'll take a wait-&-see approach.

Retro Studios... sounds plausible enough, although I still want them to do Killer Instinct 3 if possible.

And as for SCV on the 3DS, it might just go right into my 3DS and not come back out for awhile.

And here's hoping that the next K-News will be more news than rumor.

Then there's the fact that Unreal engine is very GPU intensive which is bad for PS3 because of its weak GPU (Nvidia's RSX) its not really upto the job compared with 360's Xenos. And Epic mainly use the GPU in ways the RSX can't handle. You have too offload alot of the graphics processing/effects to the CELL with its 7 SPU's instead, but seeing as Epic are PC devs they have no experience of this which shows in the design of UE3.

As for TMNT: Manhattan Crisis, I think using the Arkham Asylum engine could go both ways in terms of quality. The T's can't glide like Batman can so that kind of shots a bit of the experience in the knee. It could be great for sneaking around in pipes though. Honestly I think Spider-Man would be a great candidate for the Arkham Asylum engine.

@kNIGHTWING01 Um that engine is Unreal Engine 3. The engine was created by Epic games (the devs that made Gears of War, Unreal Tournement games etc). Its a average engine, basically its licensed middleware designed for easy multi-plat development (although seeing as it was created by Epic UE3 does tend to slighty favour the 360 more so than PS3).

@kNIGHTWING01 Continued, it favours 360 because it was designed chiefly with more traditional PC architecture in mind, which suits the 360 seeing as its basically a cut-down PC in a box. Whereas PS3 with its 7 SPU's which make up its very powerful, but complex CELL CPU is very far from that traditional/standard PC architecture which Epic being primarily PC devs are used too.

I am pretty interested in the idea of a dark and gritty TMNT game similar to the TMNT comics with the essence of the 80's cartoons. It will be awesome if they do make it happen. And about the Starfox rumor, I would love to play another Starfox game on the Wii U (That is if they make it)! That game is way overdue for a new one! F-Zero needs a sequel as well! Those two games seem more possible for Retro Studios to make than Zelda or Metroid.

Would I want an Arkham City style TMNT game? Uh, YES!! I was actually thinking about how cool a game like that would be not too long ago. As long as it isn't too dark & gritty. The Mirage comics are great, but lets face it, the Turtles have never been the best at using that atmosphere. Also too much violence/mature themes could shy away the mainstream audiences who are used to the lighters side of TMNT.

Starfox Command has an ending where Fox and Falco join the "G-Zero" grand prix.

F-Zero has James McCloud in human form with a machine resembling an Arwing, along with a character named Leon, who has the appearance of a wolf, two members of Starwolf right there. ;)

Another F-Zero game simply MUST happen.

Well, I don't care much for Ninja Turtles, it's before my time, and I never really got into the 4Kids series. That being said if they can make a good game out of it why not make it happen. Personally I'd be excited to see any new Star Fox game (I don't count 64 3D since it's just a remake), perhaps one to clear out the confusion left by Command. I think they're probably gonna just treat that as if it didn't happen but that's just me.
