I watched this movie a few times as a teenager. I wish someone would post the complete movie. Its enjoyable.

I remember seeing this 'tv movie' in 1976; I would have been 11 years old. The plot kept me at the edge of my seat, and the ruthless injustice these 2 young women endured was very frustrating. This was a very suspenseful movie and I remember enjoying it so many years ago.

i have a dvd version of this movie. it took a week a half and a half to get to my house. its the original uncut uncensored version. i paid like thirteen dollars in total for it. and what i love the most about it is, its copied the vhs version. so it had all the "cigarette burns" and things like that. so i found it off of "GOOGLE *CVPlus".

@satansjoy I have it on DVD too, but when my mom recorded it on ABC in 1987. I have a machine that I can convert recordable tapes onto a disc and I did that with her copy. It's obviously the cut version, but maybe one day the Uncut DVD will come out. I'm a college student developing a career in screenwriting and advertising and this is a movie I'd like to remake one day.

@NewYorkS4U I remember this movie. I was around 10 when I first saw it on TV. You know what's so amazing. Three of the Actors appeared in Roots. Robert Reed (Dr. William Reynolds), Lynne Moody (Irene Harvey), and Chuck Connors who played Tom Moore who not only Raped Irene's Grandmother In Law Kizzy but Raped her in this movie. Also, we have Della Reese before she was on Touched By An Angel, and Tina Louise from Gillgan's Island and she also played an Inmate on AMC on a Stock Fraud Charge.

OMG! I remember was in the hospital and bored out of my mind and my best friend brought this movie! It was a much needed laugh.

This was first a TV movie in 1976 then released to theaters as "Nightmare" with added nude scenes (Tina Louise was replaced in the leather strapping scene) to cash in on the women in prison trend. It came out on video in the 80s or 90s.

I thought this was an ABC movie. My mom recorded this many many years ago and when I watched it, I was shocked at the events of it. To put it this way, I get teary every time I see the ending. There's no existing DVD release, but I'm gonna try and use my mom's copy and copy the material onto a disc. This is a memorable movie.

i remember this movie ive seen it in Peru Spanish AUDIO i was like 8 or 9 years and at the end of the movie one black lady killed a woman officer since she was so abused,i so scared and never forget and think why so many violence in USA.Now i know the violence is around the world
