The animation on this is utter shit at times. I have see bettering bugeted animes, but then again the anime I am thinking of put money into certain parts and skimped on the rest. This over all was...Eh. I don't like the face-shapes and what not and, I know it isn't the art-departments fault for the suits, but they are just really weird/strange. The background work on this is absolutely brilliant though..I just wish they put a bit more effort into making the faces look better. To each their own..

Faked death or not, her father was still offering money for the recovery of his daughter's body. You guys are lucky they changed this from the novel; it was a real tear jerker.
Now Meyer and Charlotte..those are true forbidden lovers! Meyer is willing to sacrifice his own life to protect her and Charlotte would rather give up her humanity than see anything happen to him.
@erttheking the letter Meyer was reading in his coffin was about another Vampire from a massive castle, err lunar colony i guess as u say. theres a space ship there for just him and Charlotte so they can goto the stars together.

In my heart of hearts, if there's one thing I can't stand, its the well-intentioned extremist. More specifically, the Markus brothers who think that ALL Vampires are Evil and need to be wiped from the world. I HATE it when there's zealots like this who consider even the clearly good ones as evil, just because they're different.

I'm a man now and I've fully come to terms with who and what I am. However, like D here I've worked to improve the world I live in, using my gifts of exceptional intelligence and charisma for good. Mine is a special case in that I feel emotions more strongly, so my depression hit me twice as hard. However, it also ensures my recovery was even more proof of how strong someone can truly be.
