whats funny is the ehat doesnt all go into the water it goes into the room air so it seems your effect is causeing a reverse effect your cooling and heat the room air probably doesnt help at all just buy a window airconditioner it will take the heat out of the air its called a heat pump HA peltiers are a waste of time to try to make a air conditioner out of them it uses more power and doesnt create enough cold to even cause any real effect :]
Thats a swamp cooler. not an air conditioner.
