  • that food does not look healthy does it?

  • lol fried snacks that reduce diabetes, interesting.

  • What I find shocking is that most of the vitamins and micro nutrients the scientists described are all bio-available in meat, particularly organ meats such as liver - high in vitamin A, vitamin B12, folic acid (yeah it's far more concentrated in liver than spinach), protein, all the B vitamins, vitamin D, E, K and iron. They'll save more money by giving the women real food not synthetic vitamin compounds, which are harder to absorb. And to top it off, the snacks are deep fried! WTF!?

  • @Eyecandy4u LOL but the thing is a majority of them are vegitarian. I think it is pointless to abstain from meat but ye. good point u made. and who eats liver?

  • @Eyecandy4u It is far easier to convince someone to take some pills than change their diet. This should be evident from the obesity crisis.

  • Even if this is not true is it obvious that the first 9 months are the most important in life. Human development is like an eccelerating singularity. Cell devision starts from a single cell and repidly divides for a while then all the recognisable structures are formed the first fraction of a way through before birth, a person gets 90% of their size or at least hieght in the first few years of life so that is really interesting.
