I don't really know why people are still arguing over Mangini/Portnoy...It's sad that Portnoy left DT but ADTOE has 0% contribution by Mangini, Petrucci said it in all the interviews.
Personal opinions are personal, and in my opinion ADTOE would have been better with Portnoy, simply because IN MY OPINION Portnoy's kit sounds better...let's not even discuss about their technical skills, they are both GREAT drummers.
@bowlingfor1 In total agreement, If you listen to the drums in ADTOE it sounds" VERY PLAIN" to me anyway,.... And the more I hear this M.M. the more Mistakes I hear,.....::"""LAME"""::::....
