Nice. It's a real shame how willing the village is willing to trample on the thousands of hours of work that volunteers have put into that PUBLIC property. If they didn't, it's not as though someone else would have necessarily come along and done it. Shows real class to ARREST your volunteers on ridiculous charges.
I share your concern about tax dollars nflracing. I am not on any village payroll. The Friends of the Flint House "volunteers" saved the village residents thousands of tax dollars by taking on the responsibility of the Flint House which is property owned by the Village of Scotia and not a private group.
I encourage communties to support and get behind their volunteers and perhaps the taxes won't continue to rise every year.
Maybe instead of writing a song about it you should of just used a little effort and brought the garbage to the curb so they WOULD pick up the garbage.
And I hope tax payer dollars were not used to write this song...
I applaud the volunteers. Pretty sad when the community has more pride then the township. Cindi who has dedicated so much of her time into keeping this house going ARRESTED!NO CLASS! Get over the political crap and yourself the DPW could have done there part drove up a few feet and got the trash.If it was put on the map the political figures like the Mayor would have been taking credit. They should be ashamed.

Unfortunately, even though it's park proprety the department of public works has whined about doing their part to help. When FOH president, Cindi Pytlovany took it upon herself to bring the trash to the DPW building they had her arrested for illegal dumping.
