Also, you could find other black hawk models that look suspiciously the same and compair polys, if it has the same amount it is probably the same model ie copying

Most models do not look the same, even if they are for the same vehicle or whatever it is. Often some FPS games use very detailed models with every little piece sticking out where as RTS games usually make these pieces via textures to look like they are there where as in reality it is 2D. So, since each game makes every little piece either 2D or 3D, there's almost no model that is the exact same, therefore you COULD trace this model back to a certain game but who wants to waste their time...
