this 'idiot' you speak of is probably one of the best directors in the world from my standpoint, he has energy and makes the music fun, that's mainly what it's all about. i've now seen the langley ukulele band play twice in hawaii and if anything, he makes the crowd watching enjoy it more, you should take your own words into consideration.
