I think VW is just ''bullshitting'' and they're falling behind. That passat would be compatible to hybrid cars back before 2003. 25KW wouldn't make a difference to efficiency and it's typical of VW to do such a thing. And the E-Bug, it's less practical than the LEAF but with the same performance and range, meaning VW isn't taking electric cars and hybrids seriously! +Where's Tesla?
