Don't want to come off like a jerk here, but I'd like to point out:

Hanyuu is using "mousu" to describe herself very modestly, as in "I am called Hanyuu". The verb in the polite form is "moushimasu" (notice the long "ou" sound in the verb).

The "to" is the quotation mark telling us "what" she is called.

So, rather than "tomo shimasu" (which means something else), it would be properly "boku wa Hanyuu to moushimasu".

@AllKnowing17 Higurashi wikia and wikipedia say that Hanyuu is a human who became a god after being sacrificed for the villagers' sins. She was sacrificed by her own daughter (who, if I recall right, appears in the intro of some game's intro). She created the forever repeating June 1983 in order to keep Rika from being murdered.
