you do all the snatch missions or you can use a cheat for the gun pimp cane shotgun

Where do u get the outfit and the car?

You get the outfit by completeting barrio snatch missions.

You get the car from doing arena snatch

You get all of the gear (suit, car, medallion) from doing all snatch missions.
