I use the Blackmagic Intensity Pro. 200 us dollars. I got it from BH Photo for 188 plus tax. It's expensive, but with the quality you get, probably worth it.

You need to have a speedy computer to play the videos. And if you want to work with uncompressed video you need a raid hard drive array.
