@mccartyj1 the deck temp is about 750 and ambient when heat cranked i am guessing around 850-900. they cook in just under 3 minutes and need to be turned about 4 times.
Did you post/have instructions of your creation elsewhere (pizza making forum?)? I see you left a side vent which I believe Villa Roma's doesn't have.
quite a few! I typically only crank the LP to pre-heat for 20 min, and then when the pie goes in for baking. I reduce the heat after it comes out. I cook on the streets with this for 3-4 hours, twice a week, and still have a bit of propane left in the big tank. You can do 50-60 pizzas easily on 1 tank.
Yummy. You may as well cook another while it is still hot.

Interesting. How many pizzas do you get to cook on a tank of LP? Seems as if it is burning through quite a bit.
