If you listen to the little keyboard phrase at the very beginning of this vid, it is strangely similar to that played at the beginning of Money for Nothing by Dire Straits at Live Aid. Alan Clarke thing?

to zakwashere its from the 24 nights concerts but not on the album!!!! as was a great rendtion of layla left out as well,luckily radio 1 covered loads of it,blues night,9 piece nite and the orchestral nite and i taped the lot!!! good days!!!

Anyone every hear of a Live Clapton album called (Snownose?) It says Certified Collectors Edition - National Association of Vintage Records - Recorded Live in 1978. I'm trying to find out if it's for real, and where it was recorded. It's probably just a Bootleg Album, but figured I'd check it out anyway.

As a bassist myself, I believe Nathan East is one of the most MATURE bassists on thr planet.

He knows when to lay back, keep it simple and play something classy and appropriate - but when it's time to shine - OMG.

He's one of the most verstile musicians out there - in any genre.
