Thanks man, but I don't think I still have that map or the editor installed. It's very old and I've moved on to mapping on sandbox2, which comes with the game Crysis.

might be a noob map, but the noobest maps are mostly the funnest out there. I make pretty complicated maps now (for my doing) and playing them isnt that fun anymore as when i played my first map

You should take all the files related to your map and put them in a folder, zip this folder and then upload it to a website like Fileplanet. You can then post a topic about your map on a forum along with the download link.

There are heaps of sites that will allow you to upload your map to thier site....

Just search ut maps and you should get some hits

it kinda reminds me of the UT DM tutorial map, in smallness... you could make this a really fun map if you made it a little bigger, with doors maybe? walls... add a few weapons here or there... secret redeemer? :p nice map

Yeah sometimes, your playerstart is too close to the ground or other object try moving it.

its not that bad, it may be only one corridor but its a start. try experimenting with the editor until you become comfortable with the basics, or find an internet tutorial.

Yeah I Lost That Map A While ago i am wanting to make a new map but when i get that red outline of a box and i try to put texture in it nothing happenes like i dont know what to press to put texture in the box. Could u help me with that??? And btw i like ur second map its fkin crazy

Dude Thats Actually Really good. I Made 1 room and its small and if u spawn in it u automaticly die. So Yeah Good. CAn You Teach Me?

I think I know why you die, it's because you've probably got your map either very high or very low in the map and its in a deathzone. It's supposed to prevent you from falling forever or flying too high, try zooming out of your side view untill you see the red and blue lines. Also, you should try the Crysis Sandbox2 editor if you like making maps, its very cool, I'm going to upload a movie about it soon. You can find the editor with the Crysis demo which is all over the internets, have fun!
