well they are building what is called the freedom tower you should be able to see it on google...but they are making a waterfall of the "foot prints" of the twin towers so no they are not rebuilding the twin towers

Oh, THANK YOU SOOO very much for that MOST BEAUTIFUL TRIBUTE. I was able to see The Towers built from the beginning which really was a fantastic experiance. Your tribute not only let me re-live that but did my heart good with rememberances of happier,safer times. I also have seen so many of the actual footage as well as seeing while it happened on t.v but, THIS VIDEO really is NEEDED.
