The video of Tori and the woman with the white coat is hard to find.... not enough people are aware of what is happening. Amber alert should be immediate for anyone under 16 missing as soon as they are missing regardless of circumstance. That little boy in Barrie would probably still be alive if the amber went out immediately. Someone would have seen him and called the cops.

I am a father of 3 little girls, just watching this unfold shreds my heart. If it were my own, I would lose my mind.
It is criminal how few details are being released and how hard it is to find any information.
The day she went missing, the oxford police web site had nothing there but a link on how to rat your neighbour out if they are growing pot.
There was nothing on the OPP site either. I generally have a favorable opinion of the police, but this was a real keystone cop operation.
