It may be fungi, go to your veterinarian. The "Missing Link", "Pluck No More" , 100% Powdered Cuttlebone, spraying with aloe vera solution may help stop plucking. Her cage must be full of toys. Pay her as much attention, as you can. She must be busy with toys and learning all day long. Let her come out for as much time as possible. Put her cage, perch, rings in front of windows. Protein diet may help. No loud voices,music, they may develop neurosis, including feather plucking.

Are you sure Maxi did it? It's very possible that the eclectus was plucking her.

Nah, I never let them get that close. They each have their own cage and Maxi is doing beautifully, now! She just need her own special Maxi time with me.

IF it doesn't scare Maxi... fold a section of newspaper over the top bar of her cage & let the paper hang into the cage & hopefully she will start shredding the newpaper instead of paying attention to her neck feathers. If this works... you will only have a mess, which is a small price to pay...

Maybe I am missing it but I don't see anywhere she looks like she's been plucking her feathers. I hope that if she has been that she will stop.
