when i first asked this on a diff vid some 1 said " u press delete" and i was like there aint 1 but its the back space button so select ur clip and press the backspace :D
In the toolbar on the right side of the screen were the different tools are selected is a razor blade looking tool. this tool will allow you to cut a clip into two different clips. this is also helpful in deleting parts of a clip that you don't want. i hope this helps!
Thanks,Also, can you do that special effect like in professional product reviews. Like they are talking (showing the product) and suppose they mention a port you know how sometimes they continue talking but a different camera shot comes in play...Like ones from CNET.
Very helpfull but hey! isnt it easier to do it on imovie??
why do they always have to make things harder in this kind of programs ? oh and does anybody knows how i can make a multiclip like 4 videos at the same time with final cut express 6? help!!!!
JonathanRinny: I too love iMovie HD for it's simplicity, I use it for most everything I do for YouTube, but it is actually quite limited when you compare it to Final Cut. Yes, Final Cut is a more complex program but the complexity is matched with possibility. iMovie is perfect for most anyone who wants to simply trim clips, add titles and music. It's once you start utilizing green screen and keyframing, like multiple videos being played at once, that you will need to use a program like Final Cut
Hey, nice video! Good information! Just what I needed to know. Thanks!
