Neighbours 25th Anniversary Opening Titles

Oh gosh... what happened to the opening credits! The music was so much better in the 80's... and I wasn't even alive then! Neighbours was also a very popular show back then, and the big events that occurred within the show made the news! Now, this show isn't as popular as it used to be, even though Paul Robinson, one of the Vintage characters, is still here.

Who says Neighbours is doing well in the UK? It's small fry these days. In the 1980s, at it's height, we all knew the characters, the newspapers were full of what the stars were doing and the show was watched by 20 million people. Now the show (long axed by the BBC) is on a minor network watched by less than 2 million.

What the hell is going on, the new titles debuted on 18march in australia, the episode is being on shown on FIVE uk now but we still have the old creditS?????????????

These remind me of the um... 2005 credits I think maybe? With Dee and Tad and Paul and Flick and Stu etc. in them. They were a bit like this with the characters doing stuff in their pools in particular.

@Amzzz101 Yeah I'm from Australia, I'm bit disappointed about it's not doing well here at the moment. I really wish millions of people in Australia watch this show more often rather than other crap shows on the same time.

i think these are brilliant but i do miss the old graphics of the revamp, i do this also the title music doesnt really fit too well with it, and i suppose the've got tht daisy at the beginnig so if more charatchers are added, they can cut tht down and make the titles longer :) but overall! its good to see neighbours back to its glory
