i've been around long enough to know that sheets + view counts, in the long run only, cuz that keeps people coming back. BUTTTTTTT uploading as soon as a new/good song comes out is the biggest predictor of view count. Quality is like...the 100th factor. (because we do see quite a lot of shitty videos)
Just giving my 2cent, I use to open this vid twice a day when I was trying to copy you by ear but no hope I got no experience with pianos before. Got school now but I still watch couple times a week.
i don't think the words "arrogant/cocky" are applicable...u need to be "overly self-assertive" to justify its usage, which by definition means you are over-estimating your abilities.......and you're very definitely not.
Dude don't talk like you're the only 1 who can play piano. You're good I admit it but you don't have to be arrogant. Like I said, there are a lot of ppl who are good at playing piano too..

some of our mutual musician friends in the industry specifically said they prefer listening to me to him, because phoebus is more of a showman than a musician. his playing is over the top, has too many flourishes (movements with no purpose), and sometimes too mechanical (esp playing in the public). anyway, he's def technically much better than i am (simply cuz i don't practice), but i think i'm better looking hah
Well, every pianist have their very own style. Some may like it, some may not. But I think its just a way of expression, who cares if theres too many unnecessary actions. haha. But well, I still have to give credit to you for writing the melody for some of my idol's songs (stephy). I really wonder how she looks like in life. I never got a chance to see her because im in Sg. haha
