  • @dancerandvaulter Thanks for your posting. Yes, this music lends itself well to the movements of the horse. Are you going to post your freestyle routine with this song on your channel?

  • @DINGOLLY yeah im going to have it video taped at nationals, so it will be up in about 3 weeks :)

  • @dancerandvaulter Okaay, I will subscribe to your channel then Youtube will let me know when you post it.

  • wow thats skill

  • wow, i can barely do around the world on my horse...

  • Oh My great job at vaulting i would love to learn do you have to a have a large horse for this??

  • @ladybug3100 Usually, I mean a Thoroughbred wouldn't be good because of the skinny back:]

  • WOW huge and beautiful horse :P

  • That's amazing!! The Horse is beautiful as well :)

  • That is one BIG horse ! Or small people ..

  • that horses is gawjus the girls coulda done a bit more but its still reali good love the dismounts

  • that horse is amazing XD very pacient.

  • Woah, that is one big Warmblood! Mind you, they have to be big, to meet the rules of the game. He is absolutely gorgeous...gelding???

  • That stuff is so cool!!!

  • Awesome! This looks so fun.. and the horse is beautiful (:

  • Can I ask why a few of them were wearing different Leos? Usually you all wear the same

  • wow... is that a percheron? freisan? must be some kind of draft... am i right? i believe it is a percheron.

  • @crazyweird596 Hi: No, you are close but it is one large warmblood!

  • @DINGOLLY o.O wow!!! hes gorgeous (unless im wrong about the gender too :p)

  • @crazyweird596 Yes, the Warmblood is a male!

  • @ilovestarandscout smaller horses have a shorter gait - so a larger horse typically can "glide" easier. Size is only relative at speed.

  • I use this song for my barrel routine :) I love it! Good job!! I cant do canter yet:P

  • haha. samies. i am using this song for my barrel routine this year too!

  • the best vaulting i have ever seen and i loved the music

  • what is that fabulous background music?

  • The background music is: Incantation, Cirque du Soleil from the Quidam soundtrack.......

  • people do, do back flids! its insane haha someday i hope i will be able to do a back flip!

  • very cool. it would be insane if someone could back flip!

  • what a gorgeous horse!

  • oh my god thats so wicked =)

  • thast AWSOME

  • wow. I have never seen this before :S

  • AJandBLuEy I Personally Found It Easier To Mount At A Canter Because As You Said It Is Really Smooth But It Just Depends How You Personally Find It. Another Tip. Stand As Close To The Girth As Possible. I Helps Alot !!

  • Hay.

I Only Just Started Vaulting But I Found It Easier To First Try Some Basics At A Walk The Go Up To A Trot. But For Vaulting On I Just Tried Straight Away At A Canter And Could Do It. For More Difficult Moves I Practise On A Barrel First. Just My Opinion =]

  • Hi

I have a few questions. I have been intrested in learning on my arabian(vaulting by the way) and i was wondering is it easier at the trot or canter? if so should i start out at a walk and then move up? or start on like a dummy or something?

  • Yes, it is better to start out at the walk so you can get your balance, etc. before you start trotting. Depending on your riding skills, a novice should probably start on a dummy. Good luck....

  • Thank you so much jazzdancer10! I am about to start vaulting and the thing that is worrying me is the mount. I'm not that strong but you seemed to give really good advice! And correct me if im worng but would it be easier at a canter than a trot cause I ride and a canter is much smoother and a trot is really bumpy! Thanks1

  • That is sooooo cool! That must have taken a long time to learn!

  • that was awesome!!!! and i really like that music that went with it!!!

  • Im A Dancer,, Vaulter And Rider. Advice For STanding At A Canter Have Really Soft Legss =]] Advice For Getting On, Have The Hand That Is Futherist Away Facing Upwards,, So Your Elbow Is On The Horse,, After You Have Jumped Into The Ground And Then Jump Up But All Your Weight Into Your Elbow And Push Up,, It Works REALLY Well =]]

  • read my commment and help please haha ^^^^^

  • the girl on the horse at 2:57 is sooo small!

  • Try using a 100% sound horse! See the way the gelding drags his hind hoof in the dirt in the beginning...

  • the girl in the blue and the girl in the green at 3.42 is really good :]

  • does snybody have any adnice on how to stand in canter. or to get on, i'm so close to getting on, i can get my leg over but it always slides back any advice would be appriciated =D =D xxxx

  • be really comfortable with standing in walk first. Instead of waiting untill you feel like you've lost your balance to make corrections make tiny ones every single stride by bending your knees more and correcting with your abs. the bigest most common thing with the mount is to make sure you're cantering with him on the way out. Match your inside foot to his inside front and listen to his movemnt.

  • is that mile high?

  • No, it is at Pegasus!

  • @snowboardhottie5, I thought it was Mile High, too! What team are you on?

  • Love the video.

  • What a masterpiece, again and again,

    Dingolly did it again.

  • Cool vaulting. Awesome music. What is it?

  • Thanks! The music is "Incantation" from the Quidam album by Cirque du Soleil.

  • omg that was amazing
